Very sad and emotional image, as many find themselves alone on St.Valentines Day. This pic is nicely composed, and I am most impressed with your beautiful colours. Is the sky in Turkey normally that beautiful tone??? I'd love to have my next automobile that colour.

Hi Safak, this is an excellent use of the wide angle; it creates a very effective perspective. Then there's the grafitti, which in combination with the barren landscape and the dark tones create a very unwelcoming atmosphere. Very strong image, and very well composed.
The only point of critique I have is that I think the shadowy parts and the coat of the waiting man could use a bit more contrast and details, but as that fits rather well with the atmosphere, I consider that a minor thing... Very good shot.
