nice work here. very nice patterns created in the sand. have you by chance studied or seen works of Edward Weston? if not, look into some of his sand dune works, amazing abstracts.

nice shot... and great conversion to bw... i can see why you kept the sky in this shot -- so we could see the waves of the sea beyond the sand...

Great spot. You look to be having a terrific trip. Not sure you need the sky here as it is empty anyway. Want to borrow some dramatic clouds? Ha!
Keep'em coming.

very simple photo but great results! this BW is simply great. I am not to much sure about the sky, have u considered to cropping it away? In any case the portion of the frame you left to the sky is appropriate and just one third so, you may also leave it there. Great shot, congrats.

Hi Michael, When I look at it more clearly, I can make out the sea. Missed that on first glance. The patterns in the sand are beautiful; very well lit by the low light. It somehow misses a single point of attention, and something to create a reference to the size, that's what makes it different from Kahled. (Obviously, there are more differences...;)

Cheers,

Hugo
