I enjoy this more than some of your other works. This has a more experimental and abstract sense to it. Keep following these types of ideas and explore more stuff if it interests you. I like this one.

of course peta! actually what i was most interested in was the contrast in colour - hence the green and white and if you read my comments you'll see what i most enjoy is working with colour. As judi points out this is a completely new field for me and i'm the first to admit i have tons to learn and welcome any and all advice and critiscism which is why i was looking forward to jeanette's evaluation as i really appreciate her understanding of these compositions :)

Hola Stu. Great subject, but for me the composition does not work. The white door frame is too prominent. I would assume your intention was to feature the detail of the door, so I think you needed to get in closer or shoot at a different time when it was better lit?
Just my thoughts, I'm sure you'd prefer me to ge upfront rather than give you the ususal 'nice, great etc BS, lol
