About Taken about three hours ago at 7-00pm. It was still daylight but went dark very suddenly by the approaching storm. It has now been pouring with rain for the last two hours. Out on the patio we cannot hear ourselves. This image is looking down our street towards the high school. The odd coloured house you can see is under major renovations!!!

So this one is for my good friend Ben Mok. He can feel the approaching storm also. Good luck my friend. I will be with you in spirit.

Ah! Is this what they call "the wet" down under? Reminds me of the monsoon.

No - I was pretty much ok - just a few bruises and felt a lot better when I realised my friend did NOT catch me on camera lol

My brand new jeans looked like the aftermath of a bungee jump that had gone dreadfully wrong though ... but despite what it looked like it was all mud ;-)

I was lucky Dave. I took this photo outside my house and it didn't start raining until I went inside. And that is where I stayed until morning.

Thanks Larry. We get a lot of rain, but not much of it reaches the lake which is our water source. And it provides the water for all the surrounding areas and agriculture regions.

Fabulous capture Judi, a very turbulent sky - time to buy an "underwater housing" for that camera of yours ;-)

Just don't fall down any slippery banks like I did last Sunday lol

Dramatic sky, good for photos! In the last days the portuguese sky is very blue! But not so warm...
Storm? Only in some souls... But they are looking for sunshine!
Kisses my dear.

Time to take Stephen's wife's advice, Judi! http://www.usefilm.com/image/670991.html But maybe you'll get a nice rainbow at the end! Good shot under those conditions, shows us another side of your world!
