Very colorful! Unfortunately, as is typical in these places, the sun is very strong and the light very harsh. It's also very dusty. May be a haze filter and/or a polarizer would have helped to saturate the scene some more by reducing specular reflection of the "fruits" and the effect of the dust. Wonder how it would look in the early morning or late afternoon. The problem of the afternoon, of course, is the increased dust in the air. May be best right after a shower, but then it hardly rains in this place! That is why it's so great for drying the peppers.
