u are wandering in beautiful place......solitude connects and isolation disconnects from ones being and here i feel everything looks connected but this doesnot happens on everybench, they paint various expression on different occasions... i like the scene in b/w it is supressing the exitement that colours brings in.... a strong willed presence can be felt.....excellent capture...alison

Desolate, lonely and cold, those are the thoughts that come to my mind. Good tones and details.

Alison , Very good capture, I think if one was sitting on the chair it will more meanful, specially kids, but it is really good, I am searching for a tree like this, but I still can't find it :_( , because my city is mountainous, the use of B&W is just perfect!. I posted a photograph for a reflection of water, in the winter it is always photogenic.
Regards kareem

Nothing is so poignant as an empty bench. I love how you included that magnificent tree also.

Good perspective Alison. I like the contrast a lot. Looks like no one would dare to sit on the bench in this cold weather or even play in the field :) Great work, I like it. Khaled.

It almost seems as though the bench is gazing longingly out across the lonely field, waiting for someone to come sit in it. The black and white really reinforces that feeling of solitude!

Nice perspective going to an empty space which empahsizes the feelings of solitude of the empty bench. The limb above plays the same effect. Nicely done Congrats Alison Fabrice
