When I think I've found the best photoart, I see this. Exceptional. It looks like you may have used just a few images - but hours of photoshop to get this other-world impression out to us mortals.
Perhaps a hint of shadowing at the internal wing sections, that may have been shaded in a natural setting?
Why can we only award 7 on this site!!

Absolutely! When i first went digital i swore that i wouldn't manipulate and "corrupt" the original image, as it came from the camera. Now i see that the capture, although extremely important, is only the first step.

Excellent Judi... Seems almost renaissance! My only criticism is that the interface between the right wing (on the left of the image) and the rock below looks a trifle unnatural (but then I suppose an angel isn't the most natural thing in the world either!). Also there seesm to be a corona around the other wing where it goes in front of the water (but that could have been intended?)... Irrespective, excellent work in combining your PS and landscape photography skills!

Judi, Judi, Judi! Yes, there are parts of this that I like, very creative work, nice colours in the sky, great angel winds, most beautiful model, but some how it does not flow togeather well. Flow is being completely involved in an activity for its own sake. The ego falls away. Time flies. Every action, movement, and thought follows inevitably from the previous one, like playing jazz. your eye flows from the water to the beach, then it stops at the angel. I would have like to have seen it flow down the angel, like a warm glow. Maybe if the rock were more golden in colour like the water. And yes your HOT! To Hot for this old man. I would like to see you more in a flowing dress. Warmly, James

Hi Amna. Now do you realise, that is the best question I have received on these photos yet. Thankyou so much Amna.
I make them in PSP and PS. Constantly swapping layers from one program to the other to utilize the best areas of both programmes. I use many, many layers and work very closely on detail. Most of these types of images are many photographs combined. Utilizing the reality with imagination is the secret to it all. I picture something and then work it in my head for sometimes days on end before I have worked out how to build it, before finally putting it into action on the computer. I take many photos for my stock to utilize in my ideas.
That is basically it in a nutshell.
I am currently working on a man angel...so that is a challenge in itself...! Do you know how hard it is to get a male to model for a photographer, let alone when you tell him he is to wear next to nothing and he is going to become an angel...see how fast they run...LMAO!!
