Hi Cheri. Just a comment on the ferris wheel shots. As mentioned by some other people, a tripod works great in this situation. You will also get some fun results by leaving the shutter open for much longer periods of time with a very small aperture opening. Andre

Ernie, Thanks for your comment and for the changes you've made to my pic. It does look quite good the way you've done it. :) Thanks again, Cheri

Cheri, I took the liberty of cropping the rather distracting building from the bottom of this photo, as well as adjusting the exposure levels in photoshop to make the black sky totally black, and the colour pop out more. What do you think?

Len, Isolating the Ferris Wheel may have been a smarter move for me since I did not use a tripod like I now know I should've. But next time I will be prepared. Also I think, from what others have said about the blurring lights, I will try a lower ISO next time. Thank you for your kind remarks. Thank you again, Cheri :)

Hey hey hey, this was a great first attempt. With a steady tripod, this shit would be totally awesome. You'll get rid of the bouncing lights inside that building.
Was reading your forum post. You got some excellent advice, hope to see some more of your night work.

Nice, sharp colours on the Ferris Wheel. Hope someone more skilful than me will give you advice on how to avoid the blurring of the lights lower-right.
I also wonder if it would have been worth isolating the Ferris Wheel from the building at the bottom. Let's see what other people think...
