About Ok this will be the LAST installment of this (I guess you could call it a series).. I took this pic tonight a few hours after a rain. I had my ISO setting correct and "long exposure function on" and was able to acheve a much better result. I didnt crop but used PS to color correct and noise ninja to blend a little. Thanks again to everyone who has made a comment/suggestion, I would say this would be my best example from your feedback.
