Hi Rodney, Sorry, no Mardi Gras pictures. Even though we lived in New Orleans once, I've never been to one of the "celebrations." We have an annual Mardi Gras parade here in Monroe and I have only been to it one time. Jimmy

Thank you, Jimmy, for noticing what drew my eye to the wall and the inspiration for taking the photograph in the first place. Have you taken any Mardi Gras photographs this year? Do you plan to post any of them? Again, thank you for sharing. Rodney

Thank you, Reza, for one of the kindest comments I've ever received. There are an overwhelming number of photographers on Usefilm who have awesome talent. Many of them have posted photographs that equal any I've seen printed in books, magazines and posters. Besides being so enjoyable, the amount of creativity and expression gives me a great sense of hope for humanity and our potential to live together harmoniously. Again, thank you. Rodney

Very impressive work, Rodney. The repeating lines, forms, texture, and lighting make for an excellent photo. Jimmy

Only a dozen views? I am surprised at how few views all of your photos have gotten as they are quite impressive. I really enjoy this one. The textures and lighting contrasts are brilliant.

Thank you, Baki. I began looking at your portfolio and am impressed with your ability to have such wonderful photographs with a minimum of elements. You make full use of everything in your photographs, color, shape, lighting, placement. . .everything. Thank you for sharing, Rodney

Thank you for seeing and commenting on what I was trying to focus upon and hoping to convey. It's very encouraging to me that someone with your ability and portfolio saw it, too. Thank you very much, Rodney

I like the texture of the wall and the shadows of the tree on it. Good light and shadow play. Well done Rodney, Khaled.
