Fabulous capture Larry I think the toning is spot on, I like this very much indeed :-)
Was this taken using the B&W option on the D70 or was it desaturated and toned using software ?

I like the texture in the grass. I bet this would look even better if taken when the lighting was a bit softer. Nice shot.
