Calin, hey thanks for the comment. I wasn't sure about the sharpness of the table myself, still am not. Sometimes I like how I shot it focussing on the chair and poles, and other times I think a sharp table focus could work better, either way, thanks for the comment.

Thanks for the opinion. In this case I'm not sure, I do recognize that is has no grab your attention composition or abstraction, but I was trying to capture form, and in this case not abstract it to the fullest. Often times I enjoy full abstraction, but other times I think it can be a way out, I have struggled sometimes trying to create images where I do not fully abstract, yet I use simple forms to create something of interest. Maybe I have failed in this case, or have not achieved what some would want. Thank you much for the opinion, much appreciated.

it`s simple and steady - that`s true. IMHO lacks some "distracting element" or more of a 2/3 composition, dunno. it seems to be too calm to catch much attraction. when shooting such an abstract I usually try to "deconstruct" the space - to make people confused, to hide the most obvious interpretation of the subject, to hide it`s origin and to show it as sth. completely different. maybe that helps - it`s only my opinion, cheers.
