Dear JT,
Thanks a lot for your excellent critique. The reason why I converted the pic into BW was because I want to 'blur' the photographer's picture in the background. It's really hard to choose. Here I attached the color pic, I hope you like it..:)

yes, it is overexposed a little.
i have C-760 which I really like but it often overexposes by 0,7EV
very nice photo anyway and I would (again) like to see it in colour, if you don't mind.
i love b&w photography and shoot most of my photos in b&w but these children you show us here look so nice in colour...
