Ian,
Another usefilm contribitor David Wade contacted me a couple of days ago as he'd spotted one of my photos of the local area. He's also a local person and takes images of the Downs to the South of Newbury and in the Chase.
From your profile photo you look as though your are not much older than my son who is in the Sixth Form at PH (thought I'd mention just in case you might know him)
There's such a lot to see - it's just a matter of looking and that applies virtually anywhere - Newbury or elsewhere.
Many thanks for your kind comments about my portfolio.
Neil

Hi Neil, being a fellow Newbury resident I couldn't help but notice when I spotted your photo of Camp Hopson here on Usefilm. I'm always thinking to myself "I wish I lived somewhere where I could take stunning photos" and now having seen your portfolio I've realised that in fact I do and am raring to get up to Greenham Common to snap away! This picture of swans is really effective. I especially like the tight crop on their heads.

I like the natural repetition of shapes here.
