The point of attention is the eye but the hair lines direct the eye to her mouth and chin and, then, to her shoulder which bends down.
Wow, great movement for a "static" image. Very dynamic, really. And her expression although a bit constrained is very captivating, friendly.
Cropping does a great job to improve the movement. It is almost yin/yan. Congratulations!
