About
So my friend Paul and I were on our Photoventure? and we stumbled accross yonder bridge! Although quite rusty and so on, it actually turned out to be a really cool bridge to photograph. The path we were on took us right underneath to this teenage drug kid hangout with tons of grafitti on this one wall, but an other cool view and chance to take some very cool photos. This happens to be one of them I took. This came out very abstract... I don't know what to make of the background, but the pale green tones are just outstanding... Enjoy it!
I agree... Snow throws off meters a LOT! I actually didn't think about the background or even realize how it came out when reviewing images on location, and I should've taken a closer look at it then... I personally wish I could've done something better. I think I would've either tried to keep it much more out of focus or just lighten or darken it more per your suggestion... Very good comment, thanks, I appreciate it! =)
I like the study in steel -- the grid, beams, arches -- and the colors green tinted and rust. I find the snowy trees and background quite distracting and wish for something simple in real light or dark to set off the interesting detail in your very complex subject.
