About Met him on a street in Prague.
Bright sunny day, buildings casting some shadows low to the ground. With 1600 speed film, there were real stark contrasts. Played with those contrasts a little in PS.

how'd i miss this one?? great shot, and the PS work makes it even better.... very cool.

as for my 'splice' shot, that wall was pretty much the blue you see. i tweaked the levels just slightly...it was a Napa Autoparts store, whose colors are blue and yellow... thanks for the comments!

The smile is amazing, it's like he knows what's happening around him. really unreal but that smile gives such a human emotion to it all.

I really like this...the way you "touched" the contrast in the face makes it look blown out but not. I only know that its mysteriously nice.

Chris,
Thanks for your comments. I liked the guy in the picture, he was a very willing subject, with an interesting face, but unfortunately I had the wrong film in the camera, so the top was really washed out. I used Photo Shop in an attempt to minimize its problems and still produce something of interest. Cheers ... Mark

Great, I feel some Hrabal or Hitchcok "horror" in the pic. Realy tryller.

Nice work, also like the solarization (PS or dark room?)
The effect you''ve used is giving the shot more mystery, i like it; though maybe a bit too much left-upper? But anyway: well done!
