About The classic Italian stove top espresso mocha at last has made it's way onto the walls of Melbourne. I have a couple of these in my collection. The secret to a better coffee is fill it with boiled water, put in the filter then fill with freshly ground coffee while not packing it in. Then most important don't have the gas up high! After it begins to gurgle don't let it go too long and then rest it for a few moments on a cool wooden board - for better coffee results!
