The first person whom came to my mind when I saw this stencil today was none other than Rolf Harris. For those of you who have never heard of this ex-patriot Australian some how comedian you have really missed the boat. Well not really. For starters some Rolf Harris family fun can begin with a large piece of cardboard - AKA the "wobbleboard", which actually inspired a group of Sydney anarchist techno headz in the early 1990! Pick up your "wobbleboard", shake it and your ass if you want and you will get the wobble-modulations-in-low-fibre-sound folks...
