Nice "spotlight" lighting and great tonality. I think the darkness helps the lighted area stand out nicely--i.e., not too dark! Nicely done..:)

Too dark? no way, this is perfectly exposed. There is a nice gradient from top to bottom. wonderful tones. The reflection in her eyes are also very interesting.

I wouldn't say too dark, perhaps slightly hot on her face in fact (but this could be my crappy laptop screen). In any case a wonderful capture! My favourite from the 3 you posted. Great upward expression...such BIG gorgeous eyes!!I love the natural feeling of this with her fly away hair and all!

Hi Pat,
I don't think it's too dark..it's just right. The shadows look good. One day you should take a picture of the window of yours that provides this nice lighting.
