Peut-être avez vous raison pour le chêne, il deviendra chauve en vieillissant; quant à la neige c'était la première bordée, début décembre, nous voyions encore le sol, et hier premier mars, il en tombait une semblable, mais sur le sol il y en a trois ou quatre pieds.
Le temps s'adoucit et nous en avons encore pour le mois, avec des giboulées qui font fondre ce qu'il y a. En gros votre photo, une belle composition, ressemble fort à ici.

Thanks Christian. The snow woman wasn't built by me but by Erich and Helianne, my relatives from the first floor. Attached is a photograph from 1963 which I scanned with my new scanner. At the moment (after another 10 cm over night) it looks very similar, except the cars, which fill up the lane.

Great atmosphere. I can feel the calm and damp air. The intricate darwings in the trees are so fascinating.

Margaret, it could be because i put to the category nude female. I add it here. Our place is lovely in summer too and it's all on our ground. But we are two families to take care of.

What a lovely sight this is [if you don't have to go out. I am sure the holiday home would be quite lovely in the summer. looks as though it is a nice spot. Is all this in your grounds - if so you must have your work cut out for you with the upkeep
