The glow comes from both shooting through a window and adding a touch of blur in PS. I call it "glaming it up".

I imagine it's sometimes hard to tell the difference between the real girls and the plastic ones in SoCal;-o
The image has a nice diffuse glow, I suppose a result of shooting through the glass. By the way, did you at least get her name? I guess you know where to find her anyway.
