About Another shot using those awful tasting new mints, Polo Orbz. Well the four little army men are Orbz and the big Commanding Officer is actually a cod liver oil capsule. The lighting was provided by just a single blue LED pocket torch, I wanted to give it a blue cast to reduce the apparent difference in colour.

Camera was set to ISO64, minimum compression, maximum resolution and put in "super-macro" mode, tripod and timer release used as always. The background was just two pieces of coloured card and they were overlapped to form the slight ridge you can see to stop those balls rolling everywhere!

Exellent photo James! Unbelievable wat one can do with only a few mints and a led light. The light makes the mints look like shiny glass marbles.I think you have a very creative mind.

Must have been raining in the UK as well! Wonderfully inventive.

Thanks for your comment on mine - I didn't really have a piece of glass handy: I just ripped off an old photo frame...
