Thank you Ian :) originally old tin toys are become really precious now...there is also a trend to wooden toys...off from plastics. This toy fair is a real wonderland for all who are still children at heart...

funny how the world turns. I used to feel so ripped off to find my toys had been made of the pressed tin of something else It seemed the makers didn't care for my toy when I saw such things. Usually had to look inside them to see that. Something to treasure now. I bit like wearing a shirt with the label on the outside. Great angle.

I saw a show of handmade toys some years ago, they were fascinating, maybe just because they remember me my youth ;) BTW I love those old objects and don?t understand most of the modern toys. The photo is very good if it did me remember all these things! Hugs, Max
