About	The orange was stuck in a hole cut in a thin piece of wood, and the light source placed directly behind it. A little light leaks through around the edge, producing a sort of aurora on the right. (I did try jamming up the gaps with bathroom sealant, but the result did not look as good.) Deliberately over-exposed to give a burnt-out effect at bottom left. No PS, except to say: PS: yes, it?s still raining, in case you didn?t guess?

Isn't it wonderful how the shapes in nature repeat. This could be one of those telescope photos of the sun before it throws out a plume. Beautiful; well done.
