..un ritratto forte che va dritto nella storia, nel passato del soggetto. Un volto vero, senza banali pseudoestetismi, e che fa trasparire nello sguardo un velo di sofferenza e di passata fatica, ma che sono poi, proprio lì, la bellezza e la potenza stessa del soggetto.

I like the subject. I do not prefer the flash though as I see it as a little overpowering. Some natural lighting would do the trick.

Very interesting face worth a lot more photos! this photo, to myself, doesnt reflect the same standard as the rest of your really great portfolio. The flashlight is a bit of harsh though (try reflected light/open shade). The vertical line splitting the background draws the eye away from the subject.Just my humble opinion. Keep it up - send those great architectural ones- really your style!
