You are after might heart with the food photography thing here.
My only suggestion would be to sharpen the image further so you can capture richer detail in the skin.
BTW- I am getting to go to Dubai in 2 weeks on business and I can't wait to photograph the Arab Bural (sic) hotel. Your city looks absolutely AMAZING.
