Dear Narabia,
a very good place (and not dangerous) to take some shots is the "River Caffee" at the end of the Brooklyn bridge or at the Fulton Ferry park.
I love this place and if I were in NYC I have to visit this place.
Any way, your handshot is a reflexion of your trip.
