Picture of a guy trying to get some fish in an abandoned high rise building project in the center of Central Business District..... The 'lake' [suitably called pond] sits about 2 or 3 storeys from the road. It was supposed to be one of the building's basement (already dug), but due to the [long-long-time-ago] crisis, it's never been built.
The picture is scanned with Canon Canoscan UF 4000 F @ 2000 DPI and 48 bit color.
Lense is Tamron SP 70-210 mm f/2.8 with 2x Tamron Teleconverter.

Nice story behind this picture, Sony, but I guess you've captured the subject to small compared with the overall frame of the picture...:) I'd remove the blurred grass on the foreground.
