Less is more - excellent cropping and detail to bring out the essence of a zebra with some daring graphic lines.
You might get more "pop" in a B/W shot - everything seems to be a little overcast with a blue tone.
The DOF is well done.
The only suggestion I would have is to try to come back when there is more harsh side lighting - the coat and main are well defined but you might be able to get some really nice definition and contrast at sunrise or sunset - to the point where individual hairs pop out.
