About
I woke up this morning around 320am, and after a shower I looked out the window and then ran out side in my house coat and slippers and took some pictures of behind my house. it was very cold.
Sorry I don't get it. Your image is 380px tall, that means each picture has a height average of 126px; unless you grabbed the thumbnails from the camera, the size is really small. You could have downsized each picture to 250px in height.
I don't know your procedure for creating the composite, but what I would have done is: create a new blank image 800px high by 400px wide, copy and paste each picture into a different layer (in the horizontal centre), I will pick one of the pictures to use as a reference and set a vertical guideline aligned with one of the tips of the trees on the right, align the other ones to this guideline, flatten the image, crop it and maybe add some frame for presentation.
Yeah, I used the camera settings to get the colors I have. But I had to make the three seperate pictures into one. So thats why its smaller. I didn't like that either.
I like the mood of this collage, they really reflect the cold temperature outside. Originally I thought it was a set of variations of a single image, looking more carefully I see that these are different shots. Did you use the camera filters or PS to create the duotones?
The image seems a bit too small to appreciate, remember that the maximum size (either side) is 800 pixels.
