This gives the impression of an old scratched negative with the rough border and B&w portions -- but then you bring in the hints of soft, sweet colors in the roses in gentle contrast. Well done, Marete!

Such beautiful photoart Merete... this is like looking at a pastel painting under a piece of smoky glass... almost as an old painting rescued from a smoke blackened wall... I love this effect and particularly love the framing. Beautiful soft and delcate image Merete... I hope you produce more!
