I see two kinds of invaders in this wonderful macro, Marcio, or are they two phses in the development of one species?
Thank you for your very friedly comment on my "Fate of our car 2."
As I wrote when I first posted the photos of the totalled car (not in P.S.), the car was crashed by a piece of concrete that dislocated from the wall because of a fire next door. All this happened at night, so that nobody was hurt. The car was a total loss and the insurance company paid more than we could have received for the car had we wanted to sell it.

Sim, não são cigarras. Mas tem uns bichinhos parecido com eles que dá muito em pastos e me parece que são chamados de cigarrinhas. procurei no google nas fotos e vi muitas espécies e cores e formato parecido com esses bichinhos que você postou. Acho que é isso mesmo...

I am afraid of the political connotations of any comment I make about this so will try to keep it biological. Wonderful tropical life. Quite Alien to my eyes. The fascists with the head gear, are they actually a mature form of the littler black and white aboriginals?

The larger ones are actually very pretty. When I first glanced at his, I thought it was jewelry! They almost form chains. Excellent details and colors. Beautiful macro!
