Angelo,
I went about two years ago. I was so happy when I went to Scotland that I had a 6 hour layover. So I got to see some of the city. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to ride the London Eye. I do regret it. I did, however get a picture.

Nice shot. So you've been to London recently? Looks like you were unfortunate with the roadworks on Westminster Bridge coinciding with your shot of Westminster Palace.

The converging verticals don't bother me too much, as I see them as more of a technical issue. Your composition was good and the inclusion of some modern vehicles mercifully goes away from the hackneyed "black cab and red couble-decker bus" that have been shot a million times before.

Did you try shooting from within the London Eye? I have a shot in my portfolio (one of the early ones) from there and it is quite a good vantage point.

what an awesome shot love the tones you chose for this image. It works very good with it.

Hello chris! How are you? :)
Interesting image I really like the perspective and the black and white tones!! I have some critique hope u don?t mind, u could try cropping out the left part of the image which is over exposed and while shooting next time maybe u could have concentrated more at whats on the street the white truck on the right is too distracting and behind it theres a londons taxi if u had few seconds u would have got the big Ben with the taxi!!!

you are very welcomme Chris. Was really a very simple operation in PS. It is very difficult to take architectural shots that do not have some noticable element of ditortion without a PC shift lens.

Nice! Thanks Steve! My 28-80 lens does suffer much distortion.

Hi Chris. Classic picture of the english houses of parliament.

I think it suffers a little from the perspective (converging verticals) - though this can be corrected in PS... see what you think....
