About A friend of mine lives on a boat in the Nickerson Marina and this is part of the view out his back door. This house boat is livable and it is dwarfed by the two Foss boats in the background. Those Foss boats are so huge that every year they sail to Alaska and can haul other boats out of the water for repairs.
