no tripod. i think i used a table to support the camera. As far as the geometry of that sail, i think i shoot too many shots without people. I'd love to get more subjects going. ps I thought you were going to do a different version of that coffee shop on the pier (i rested that shot on a railing post)

Hey, I know that spot..Your image is pretty sharp for a 1/15th. Did you use a tripod or are you abstaining from caffeine? There is a lot more in that sail structure that can be shot. In my fashion, I would skip the people and work the abstract/organic nature of the shapes.
