Seemed the light, the 'wisp of fire', was finding its own weight, pushing the candle holder off the top. Shot at a 1-2 degree angle. The streak was using the flashlight pushbutton to briefly turn on the flashlight.

Without the glass, and for what suggests a ring system around a planet above, I see a sort of space image.
