.....keep saying I like these flowers so I decided to put this on the site, this was in the garden toward the end of summer, bout a month ago, not too happy about the big 'blob' of water at the bottom!

I wish to thank you for your comment.I always take the liberty to browse ones portfolio who is new to me.This particular photo stood out from the rest,mainly for the dark exposer due to the effect of clouds and rain.Very good indeed. My D70 with the early firmware needed the EV bumped to +.03 since I shoot almost entirely at ISO 200 and most photos straight from the camera were on the dark side.. I also shoot raw and process through NC4 and should I need to adjust the WB or EV one can do so. I like to do as little post processing as possible.Again thanks for the comment.
I think this is a beautiful rose David, blob of water and all. Focus is excellent, and the pose of the rose(no pun intended) is especially lovely. Very Nicely presented...all the best, Linda
