I like the way the tree fills the top half of the frame, Ken, and the cross draws attention to the bottom.

Hi Ken, very good composition, and a potentially very good shot, but there are two things that I would consider putting a bit more effort in: First, the hue of the grass and it's level of saturation is a bit high, giving it a bit of an unnatural appearance. Secondly, the contrast is a bit low. Per attached a alternative, to show you what I mean.
