the morning light in the high counrty, casts such a long shadow, wonderous colors in the snow and such a blue sky day... taken at aprox 7:30 AM around the valley in Loveland Pass on the South Facing ridge, my friend and i had the only tracks that day, and any day we do the ridge for that matter we are usually the only tracks there!!!! this sat we do it again, all the mountains are closed but were getting a storm so backcountry loveland pass it is...
anything i can do to change this one, make it better let me know???
Great shot without the shadow but its presence really lifts it. Love the wide-angle here and how it keeps the shadow of the legs sharp and how it exaggerates it.
