About I really would like some feedback on this senior portrait before I show to my clients. There is a little bit of lens flare, but it doesn't bother me. Do you think it ruins the picture? What about colors and tones? I posted some earlier this week and got little to no response. So now I'm worried. Please let me know what you think.

Thanks Margaret. I hadn't noticed that the face was softer than the shirt. I will work on sharpening it up. I don't want to crop it if I can help it, I really liked the body language here.

Thanks Jan! I did try dodging and burning it. Neither worked to my satisfaction. I don't think it's too bad. But if they don't like it we can always crop it out. Although I really like this pose, and would hate to have to crop it.

Dale Ann It is a nice shot, the only thing that maybe doesn't gel quite right is that the shirt is striking and sharp, and the face is slightly soft - maybe a little too gentle for a 'male' portrait. However if cropped as a head and shoulders the shirt does not dominate the frame. Only a personal view - but hope you find it helpful

I like it alot, Dale Ann. I think the colors and tones are great, his pose is great, and he's a hotty! (Is it okay for a middle-aged woman to say that about highschool senior?;) The lens flare doesn't really bother me either, but just in case, have you tried dodging it out? Shouldn't be too difficult. Not to worry...I think they'll love them!
