Many thanks for your considered comment. I did think aout cropping differently, but with a long thin subject I thought it was more appropriate to have a more panoramic type image.

Hope you don?t mind Neil but I have a suggestion
it seems as if you cropped the image from the upper or lower part, if this is the case is there a way to increase the space on the bottom and the left side of the image?
it would make the image more striking by making the composition simpler

buena foto y me gusta mucho la combinacion entre los colores de la foto y los marcos. talvez sobra un poquito del palo. pero el pajaro esta perfetisimo muy buena foto.very good
