This is a very interesting shot. I like the angle you shot this from, using the stairs to give a good start for viewer to look upwards, then the people sitting and then the building and the sky. The idea is very nice. However I think the shadow and mid tones have gone a bit dark, maybe you wan to adjust them a little bit, Also the building is slightly tilted towards the right side, that can be fixed by rotating the image in the anti clock direction. The sky levels could be changed to bring a bit of golden/blue in it. Over all the idea is brilliant, the angle and composition is nice along with the light. A very nice shot.
