A little dark, but I like where you're going with these. There's a lot one can accomplish with such setups. I have a few drop shots of my own, but at much greater magnification. Edgerton played around with strobes. And Dan Lichter, here, and a couple of others, have paid homage with their own strawberry, or whatever, dropped in milk photos. The similar might be had with rapidfire exposure, perhaps, such that one can composite them for a motion study. I believe athletes use these, by various methods. There are so many variations on these shots that I'm sure someone can take it in a completely new direction. So many 'variables', in other words.
