Nice scene and composition. I like the placement of the foreground interest and the horizon very much. The coloration is very nice and warm, very pleasing to look at. However, when put side-by-side with the more "natual" one you uploaded recently, I perfer the natural look.

Thank you Mary for visiting and giving such nice comment. The shutter speed was 1/2 sec with F=20 and ISO 200. I wish i had gone more than 2 secs for the dreamy look. but thats planned for the next trip. I'm glad you liked it this way too.

The placement of the sun works wonderfully here. It balances out the visual 'weight' of the rocks in the lower left part of the frame. I wish we knew what the shutter speed was. It looks slow enough to make the water look milky, but not so slow as to lose detail in the water surface. Whatever you did worked very well.
Congrats on the SC!

Thank you Petal for your generous appreciation. You are correct monitor quality and calibration makes a huge difference. Its hard to find an absolute image that looks good on all monitors. I use a Dell laptop sometimes for processing most of the times and images don?t look as good as they look on my other PC that has a compaq monitor with 256 MB VGA ram.
Thanks for visiting.

Thank you Philip for your close observation. Since you've mentioned it now, I happen to see three of them little critters now. Will go back to raw and see if they exist there and fix it. Thanks, Saqib Zulfiqar

Another great one!!! Wonderful colors and great composition... well done!!! About the overexposed area... as I look at uploads on UF on different PC monitors I've noticed huge differences in color and clarity, on my current PC it looks fine...

there is two spots up in the clouds that would need to be cloned out other than that i see nothing wrong. the spots are very microscopic too, looks like a fleck of dust on the lens or sensor

Joggie you have a very valid point, thanks! I will edit the image accordingly. Initially I kept that area a bit over exposed because I wanted to show the direction of the sun. Is there a way to upload the same image after editing it or do I have to upload a new one? Thanks a lot.
