I like this picture. The image appears to be somewhat posed which you probably want it to seem more natural like. I think it would have looked nicer if the mother's left hand was place of her stomach instead of at her side. To me it would have made her seem to be much closer to the baby and made it appear as if she was reading for her unborn child. Best Wishes to the mother-to-be and her child.
