Thanks! As for the skies, we sure don't get them clear that often due to our typically humid climate, but when they do I try to try and get the most out of it.
For this shot, I actually purposely overexposed the Moon. Because I was using a 50mm lens, the true lunar disk is very tiny and very little are seen, so I wasn't going for the Moon's detail. The idea here was to show these two big light sources among a bright blue sky. With a standard lens, the motion doesn't begin to register till about 15s. Also, this image is not a sandwich.

A 10s exposure seems really excessive for the moon. I expect it would have moved a bit in the sky in that space of time. Is this image a sandwich?
