Gayle, the #47 blue filter is a black and white contrast filter. Although on this shot I didnt get quit the contrast I was looking for. So, I used some PS to bump up the contrast just a bit. And yes, I did solarize this to get this effect.

cool,Jim! ya know i like this kinda creepy weathered look...think i was still in diapers when that show was on..LOL..i wish! ;> ...this looks like a toned negative of the positive,or slightly solarized..so what does the 47 blue filter do with B/W film? Can't tell what is PS vs. the filter..regards,gayle
