Hi Gregory.. you have to great catch, attonished, the perfect speed of maillard is bloccked in departure! the job of the large one 20d is perfect, but also difficult, a light one exists "blurred", but it is the perfect job on this shot, perhaps with a time of faster clogging the "ices of the start" I like it!
