The reflections are perfectly exposed. The towers look a bit over to my eyes. Hard to avoid the sun in India I guess. I'm wondering if there's any way of saving the hilights Never scanned film myself but was amazed at how underexposed slide images can be rectified when I was photographing them with my digital. Overexposed a different kettle of fish I guess.
You tried a burn on the towers with photoshop? (perfectly legitimate developers trick in the old fashioned days).
